CPE's engineers have significant experience in providing expert testimony in support of litigation and Administrative Hearings in defense of Joint Coastal Permits for beach restoration projects. Services include preparation of expert reports and exhibits, depositions and document management including the establishment of secure FTP sites for housing hearing documents.
