Periodically proposed regulatory revisions can have the potential to adversely affect our client's goals for beach restoration and their ability to provide storm protection for local residents. CPE routinely reviews proposed rule changes, advises our clients if there are implications relative to their coastal management plans, researches the scientific basis for the ruling and provides supporting technical documentation for public comment.
