Expert Testimony

CPE's biologists are available for expert testimony in support of litigation and Administrative Hearings in defense of Joint Coastal Permits for beach restoration projects. Services include preparation of expert reports and exhibits, in addition to testimony at depositions and hearings. We also assist our clients in the discovery process and document management including the establishment of secure FTP sites for housing hearing documents.
